The ECU remap programmer we supply is quite simply the best available. It reads and programs the ECU via the car's diagnostic port. It's simple and straightforward to use, and 99% of the time there is no need to dismantle the ECU or even remove it from the vehicle.
Introducing The Genius
The Genius is the new ECU programming device by Dimsport, and it is their flagship model. At BHP UK we have been testing it since Christmas 2025, working alongside Dimsport to iron out every teething problem, so we are confident in supplying it to our dealer network.
It combines the functions of the old Genius OBD programmer and the Trasdata bench & open-mode programmer in a single tool. The Genius has more memory, faster processors, a larger touchscreen colour display and Wi-Fi connectivity, and eliminates the need to connect to a PC to send or receive files from us.
It is built to save you time. Updates now happen automatically, and your file is sent to us the moment you have taken the read from the vehicle. Self-testing functions auto-detect any faults on the input/output ports, and it comes complete with a new OBD connector and all the wiring you need for programming ECUs on the bench.

The Genius homepage is organised into three main sections. In Standard mode you simply select brand, model and engine to view the supported ECUs and the available procedures for that specific vehicle.
Accessing operating manuals has never been easier. View them directly on the touchscreen while you work, zooming and navigating as needed. Fast file-search functions and a “Last Use” history keep your operation history to hand.
